Monthly Body Composition Stats
Because I was coming up on a month and noticed a large amount of weight gain, I decided to do my body composition weigh in using a Renpho scale. The scale is pretty accurate as I’ve used calipers and then used the scale to check my measurements.
I’m a little upset about how much weight I’ve regained and how my body composition has deteriorated, despite working out frequently.

You can’t out train a bad diet. I know this!!
Even still, I got off my healthy diet and have been eating a lot of candy and cookies and haven’t been prioritising protein at all. I have also been a cereal monster which does nothing but fatten you up.
Concluding Thoughts
Now that I’ve seen the data, I’m more motivated to get back on track with my healthy diet. All of the exercise I’ve been doing is wasted because I’m not nourishing my body appropriately.
Also, I have noticed a rise in depressive feelings after bingeing on sweets. Not very good for the brain.
So, from this point forward, I will do a body composition weigh in every week on Saturday and post the results until I reach my goals.
