- Lose 40-45 pounds and increase skeletal muscle mass
- I’ve currently lost 20 pounds as of April 23, 2026.
- Eat a healthy diet.
- Spend more time doing things I love:
- Spend time with family.
- I want to refinish my daughter’s furniture in her new home.
- Go for relaxing walks.
- Play terrible tennis with my daughters.
- Pray at church/adoration
- Write books.
- Read books.
- Learn Russian, Polish, and Spanish-well just enough to apologise for not knowing how to speak them if I ever get another job taking calls all day!
