2026 Goals

  • Work on my emotional, physical, and spiritual health.
    • No dating| Choosing celibacy.
    • Start attending mass when I’m well and able to go.
    • Lose 40-45 pounds and increase skeletal muscle mass
      • I’ve currently lost 20 pounds as of April 23, 2026.
      • Eat a healthy diet.
  • Spend more time doing things I love:
    • Spend time with family.
    • I want to refinish my daughter’s furniture in her new home.
    • Go for relaxing walks.
    • Play terrible tennis with my daughters.
    • Pray at church/adoration
    • Write books.
    • Read books.
    • Learn Russian, Polish, and Spanish-well just enough to apologise for not knowing how to speak them if I ever get another job taking calls all day!
