Weight Gain
Instead of losing more weight, I actually regained 7 pounds so I’m hoping some of that is due to supplementing with 5 grams of creatine daily. I did eat about 3 lbs of peanut M&Ms recently so that is probably also a factor. I know they are full of lactose and bad for me, but I love them.
I really got to step up my weight loss efforts and recommit because I’m headed in the wrong direction.
Body Composition
I’ll remeasure my body composition in a week because I know what the scale will likely say about my body fat percentages right now, and I’d rather just wait until I get back down 7 pounds to compare to the last time I weighed and measured my body composition.
Depression & Workout
I have been feeling really low the past few days, but today, I did a 20 minute HIIT spin bike ride workout. I’m feeling pretty exhausted so I’m probably going to take it easy the rest of the day, but I feel proud I was able to at least do a 20 minute workout today.

Concluding Thoughts
It kind of sucks to regain weight but I’m trying to focus on what I can do to lose that 7 pounds again so I can get back on track with my weight loss goals.
