I’m trying to blog regularly, but I feel like some health issues have knocked me off track in reading. I’m behind on the books that I started and hope to get back to reading today—I think I can read at least 10 pages.
As a personal trainer, I am redesigning my exercise program as I’m dealing with some pelvic prolapse issues. This morning, I decided to review pelvic floor physical therapy exercises, resting positions, and stretches. I’m having a lot of pain, but I did the exercises followed by resting positions.
I’m probably not going to be rowing at the gym for a little while which makes me sad. I love rowing; it is calming and greatly improves my mental health.
Later today, my youngest daughter wants us to ride our spin bikes while we watch 90 Day Fiancé Last Resort. I plan to cycle with almost no resistance. Basically, I’m just going to take it easy and go slow. I don’t know if I can handle the bicycle seat, but I’m going to try!
I did spend several days resting, but I’m afraid to just lay around because then I’m likely to get depressed. And I think having a restorative active healing process is the best option.
Coughing very hard for several weeks while sick seems to have set this current issue in motion. Thankfully, I’m not coughing as much so that is helping immensely.
Although I’m not feeling my best, I still took time today to make healthy meals, and I ordered groceries since I can’t carry them right now. I took my daughter to class, and soon I will pick her up.
I think I will end this blog post here so I can read those 10 pages before I leave to pick up my daughter.
Hoping to write more book-centred content tomorrow.
If you are a lady who is struggling with any kind of pelvic prolapse, there are tons of videos on YouTube that are helpful—even if you have previously done pelvic physical therapy.
Thanks for reading, and I hope you have a wonderful day.
Updated next day: Didn’t ride my spin bike due to pain. Rested and watched tv with daughter.
