75 Day Hard Day 1 Done

Quick update.

Did a 20-minute HIIT spin workout via my Apple Fitness app. Did the hip/glute strength training and stretches for 25 minutes. Played tennis in light rain with my daughter for 45 minutes.

If I’m going to be successful at this, I will need to make sure I’m eating. I only ate some scrambled eggs early this morning and my body is very tired and already sore from pushing hard on the spin bike (heavy resistance). Will need to be disciplined about food.

Today, I had some struggles. Mental, Emotional, and Physical. But, in the end, everything worked out and I feel happy and content.

Lately, I’ve been feeling a little unlovable. Long story. Mostly due to Bipolar mood shifts. But today, I spent time with both of my girls and my 12-year-old Chihuahua, Gumbo. I feel much love for them and I felt loved by them. Feelings for which I’m grateful.

Well, time to eat. I’m hungry.
